Scramble is the latest modern breakfast joint in Scottsdale. The restaurant is located in the northeast corner of Scottsdale road and Lincoln. This trendy new breakfast place is perfect for a quick meal, you walk in and order at the counter and then you get your table and the food is quickly delivered to you. A plus to this is you are not at the mercy of a server to wait for the check, refills, or an extra napkin, it is all conveniently located to the right of the register. The servers are so kind and friendly. Regardless of the style of serving scramble has, they still continuously ask if you need anything or how is the food. I’d say the service is excellent and just what I would expect at a place like this. But, the weekends are extremely busy, so I would suggest going really earlier or more towards eleven if you want to beat the crowd.

My favorite part of scramble is the ambiance. Just walking into scramble my day is already brightened without even eating yet. The restaurant has a really cute layout and the color scheme of green, white, and orange is perfect for a breakfast place. As I’m waiting to order I love reading the scramblisms on the walls, which are quotes such as “bacon is meat candy” or something funny like that. The outside seating is actually very nice as well; orange tables and umbrellas surround the patio so it is not too hot even if you come late morning.
The menu has a great variety of different dishes. From breakfast pizza to apple cinnamon energy cakes and even vegan options anyone should be able to find a favorite meal on this menu. My personal favorite is the French toast it is different from your typical French toast because it is made with a French baguette rather than plain bread. I also like how they display the healthier options on the menu with a red heart for when I want a lighter breakfast. The menu has an ideal amount of options, I do not like when the menu is like a book and it takes forever to decide what to get. Scramble has plenty enough of choices for me. The price is also reasonable; I never tend to pay more than ten dollars for a meal including a drink. I highly recommend trying this great new breakfast place, you will not be disappointed.
