You Don't Know
i swear You drive me crazy,
to my wit’s end. expect so much,
too much from me, but You hardly know me.
You are insane.
do You even know my name?
You drive me up a creek without a paddle,
the water rushes and tries to drown me,
making me regret everything.
You are a monster.
do You even know my name?
i try my best, i always do, but You don’t understand, do you?
with each breath i take, more water fills my lungs.
You hold me underwater, which makes me gag,
but I know it's for the best
that You don’t know, and i keep it a secret inside.
we’re better off not talking to each other.
You don’t know who i am.

I wrote this piece in my creative writing class. It is about someone that I knew in Drama Club that bossed me around, but didn't know me.
