Reincarnation
When I die,
I don't want to come back as
water.
Instead,
I want to be rain.
The type of rain that little kids splash in,
and Hollywood couples kiss under.
When I die,
I don't want to come back as
fire.
I want to be fireworks.
The ones that mark independence,
or any other celebration.
When I die,
I don't want to come back as air.
I want to come back as oxygen.
I want to be needed.
When I die,
I don't want to come back as Earth.
I want to come back
as the beauty it holds.
