Dear Friend

DEAR FRIEND
Pain in your eyes,
A frown upon your heart.
I feel your tears start.
I wipe them away,
And take your hand.
There will be sunnier days.
Don’t fear the clouds that try to taunt you.
Your soul is strong.
This world may make you want to give up,
But it is wrong.
I wont let you fall.
I will hold you here,
Close to my heart.
I’m not going anywhere my dear friend,
We will never part.
The rain in this life,
May knock you down.
But I want you to see,
That you will always have me.
Roses never grew without rain,
And a rose like you,
Another friend you shall gain.

Good job, this made me feel better, too.
I wrote this peice when a close friend of mine, was going through a hard time in his life. i read it to him and it really helped.
