Well the very first thing I noticed about this poem was its shape haha however strange that may be :P But i like how the lines start out longer and get progressively shorter. It adds to the effect of the "plateau," I think :) But aside from that...I really loved this poem! Especially the first stanza :) Your poem was short and very powerful. Thought-provoking too! I've found that I really enjoy poems like this...somewhat short, yet once you read the last line, you're like "oh my gosh..." Thank you for asking me to read your work!
