And that is
All they
Are

Will ever be.
Innocent little
Touches that
Are never
More and
Never less.
The slight
Nudge of
A foot,
A barely
There brush
Of a hand,
A knee
Touching a
Knee, faces
Too close
It’s enough to drive one insane.
