Everything is boring
Nothing matters anymore
Everything is tired
Every action is a chore

Everything is nothing
None of it makes sense
Everything no longer matters
Everything is tense

Everything’s been said and done
All of it she’s seen
Everything is jump-the-shark
Fonzie’s latest scheme

Everything is turning gray
Apathy is here
Everything is more lost hope
Her world is drained of cheer

Everything is boring
North, south, east and west
Everything is tired
She’s losing interest

This is a piece I wrote during my worst bout with depression. I wrote this when the apathy and restlessness that comes with depression really started to kick in.
