I Wear the Same Pair of Shoes Every Day

I’m pink and blue
having to deal with these
smelly things inside me
infecting me
staining me
with that dank stink
screw you
Squish, slosh, pitter patter
one step, two step
just making me sadder
wondering if I’ll ever get a break
Why did you choose me
out of everyone else?
Maybe I’m special
yes, I’ll leave it at that
I feel content with who I am
and I will always be
here for you just
to walk all over me
with no second thoughts.
