Sit and listen. Listen to the world moving on. There is nothing else left to do. Just watch through the window. Trapped. Trapped in my own home. I am a prisoner to these walls and I can't leave. I yearn for the day when someone will see me trapped and let me out but they don't the world keeps turning and I keep waiting. Sometimes I think someone sees me but always when I have given up so they go on their way. It all started one tireless night at the top of the stairs. My name is Sally and I am a ghost.
