Little Sister
I remember a little girl so full of cheer but I can't remember her name
I can't remember her smile
Her eyes
Her love
Her crazy thoughts on the world
I can't remember who this little girl is
I can't remember what she was to me
She is almost like a forgotten memory
She floats in my mind from place to place
She is coming to me so slowly but so loud
She was a dancer and singer and she made me proud
Her name
Oh her name
I can't remember that name
It was beautiful
Danielle
Danyia
Oh no it was Dania
Dania Searsbook
Oh she was full of grace
She was my sister I remember
She died on a fateful day
Her memory was there but lost in the air
I miss with my heart
Now I have a place to start
A place to start and tell her story
