Change in Reflection, Depth.
Here I stare
into the same face of the same stream that I
drag my toes across
every now
and then.
I extend
my foot,
dip it slowly in,
fish for a direction.
I feel a difference in the water;
a depth, that never before existed
and a strength in current,
More so than ever before.
This stream is no longer shallow,
in a way that I can understand.
