Blank
These eyes looking at the blank walls of my life.
Ugly, grotesque walls, tasteless.
Nothing special about these walls.
I find splotches of colorful memories here and there.
But none that make the walls more satisfying to look at.
Alone with these walls around me making me feel saddened.
No new colorful memories to make the walls special.
None but the slight glow in the dark.
My hope a wisp in the dark.
