Money does not grow on trees
But yet our lives are filled with ease
We did not have to fight for light
We were also given night
We could not claim the air
Nor did we claim others cares
We took what we wanted
And now are haunted
We stole land
And others Hands
We bought and sold
With hearts so cold
We had wars and slayed
Day by Day
We live off of before
And we even want more
Money does not grow on trees
But yet our lives come with ease
