surrounded by spotlights
Little girls twirl,
smothered in makeup,
glossy sweet smiles
stop before ice eyes
Pretty hard plastic
shadows all else

on your television

Pageant girls cry,

That toddlers and Tiara's show is always coming on. Those poor, pretty girls. I want to adopt them and take off their make up and watch them play in the mud.
