Sweet Dreams of Home
Last night I dreamed of deer,
There were deer everywhere,
They were crunching in the leaves,
They were huge majestic creatures,
They were walking all over me,
They were strutting around my room,
They were leaping over my body,
As they raced around my bed.
They were on the chair and dresser,
They were on the TV stand,
They were leaping and bounding,
They were crunching and swinging their antlers high,
There were deer, deer, deer,
For as far as I could see…
And when I woke today, I noticed
There were hoof marks all over me.
