one love once and once a memory
Once I thought we were meant to be
But it was a moment of stupidity
When I never thought of the pain
The endless tears and sleepless night
The broken world and dreams I had with you
The lies you spoke that I made myself to believe
How can a guy like you love a girl like me
A girl that is strong, independent and beautiful
Never lied to your face or even once to you
Faithful like the blue sky in the summer says
Always there through the ups and downs
Telling how much beauty that you hold
Believing everything you wish
But in the end I stand through the rain
You can never tear me down like when you walked out of my life
I’ll stand high and strong like a skyscraper
No tear will fall in these brown eyes that once did
No touch of yours can reveal the love we once had
No words can replace the broken promises that you said
And no more love will be shown to a face of a stranger now
