Oh Jesus
When I see that cross
Up on Calvary hill
Holding the body of a fallen Savior
My savior
Jesus
It brings tears to my eyes
And a break to my heart
When Jesus needed me...
I stay hidden
His followers
His friends
His father
Turn their faces away
The weight
Every one's sin and shame
Sit on his shoulders
And burdening his heart
They call out, "You king!! What a king you are! If you're the son of God, save yourself!"
That's when I fall on my knees
With tears
Overflowing out my eyes
And my heart
Crying out to you
Jesus
Forgive me
I love you
I want you
I need you
Oh Jesus.
