We hold our hands
In this summer night

The wind is blowing
Blowing love in our sight

We caress
and our watch our love progress.
I’ve never fell in love like this
I’ve told you before.

You make this seem easy
and for that I’m ecstatic

Our time is almost over
It’s time to spread apart
but it’s okay, the next day will start

One day, we will never have to go separate ways
Our days will last longer
Our love will grow stronger
And I we will always dodge our delays

It’s time to go
For now, Mon Cheri

We leave each other for the night
Everything feels right
My love for you is so bright
I go in complete bliss, like flying a kite

I hope you recognize the love I have
For you

To never grow apart
I’ll give you the key to my heart
As a start.

Great poem, although you made a little typo on line 4. Still, it's lovely and has a lot of emotion to it, although I have to be honest. The only reason I decided to read this poem was because it shares the same title with the second Harry Potter book ;)
