Window poem
Looking out this window I see life as it really is
not sugar coated, not all innocent. A world that is
full of hate and evil. Out this window you see
people being murdered, people selling their body’s
for money, and people being sent to prison as young adults.
But as I walk to the other side of this place,
I look out the west facing window and see, a world
that is full of happiness, love, and caring. People
going to college, people getting jobs, and people
spending there time on important things.
Only if one day these two sides could join together,
so when I look out this front window I could see
good and evil showing each other the good and bad
of the world. But, for now I look out these windows
looking at the difference between gray and color.
