A pain unknown

One must always endure a pain at sometime for some reason.
But my pain comes suddenly and without a reason
A reason that neither I or anyone around me knows.
I wonder why and how
This pain is hardly invisible though
Although seen by me and everyone around me it is…
A pain unknown.
