Fragile Heart
I am a fragile heart ready to bleed.
I am down on my knees.
Are you going to take me as I am,
Or just use me as your back up plain?
I have been nothing but good to you.
And everything I said was true.
You said forever and always baby,
I just guess that forever was a day away.
You blamed me;
So I’m blaming this pen for every mistake I make.
You took me on a joyous ride,
And without you I can not fly.
As is sit here and I take in every mistake I made,
I can’t help but say that you are just a fake.
And as my tears fall on this,
I thought it was more than bliss.
I thought we sealed our love with our first kiss.
But I must thank you,
I never knew what I could do without you.
