The elements and I

i danced in the rain
to feel water taste me
i ran miles and miles
making wind my ally
i cried in the night
to feel stars' sympathy
i laughed at the sun
so it's warmth took me in
i wished upon stars
making them acknowledged
i kissed the moon's cheek
so its glow would be only for me
i screamed to the cloudy sky
so its thunder could scare me
i whispered to a tornado 'i win'
so its fury would hit me true
i planted my feet onto the ground
to make it know.. i do exist
