Hurting
Bruises line my arms
Like lace lines a wedding dress
The pain hidden inside of me
Is the side you say you'd rather not see
Your love is hurting me,
But you don't care
You came into my life,
And you said you wanted me to be your wife
In my time I've never seen,
Someone who could get so mean.
And in the end you say I love you.
Like nothing ever happened
Right infront of your eyes.
I cry out for mercy
I beg you not to do it.
The pain I feel inside of me,
Is the side you say you'd rather not see
Your love is hurting me,
But you don't care,
'Cause in your mind, you're getting somewhere.
