All I’m trying to do is make it
Nothing more, nothing less
Never will I make a fit
Because I’m not trying to be the best
Everyone is reaching for the highest thing there is
But how is that worth it
I really don’t understand this
I am just a normal kid
I’m not striving for the better
I’m okay where I am
You think I’m wasting talent
But please understand
All I’m trying to do is make it
Let me have a rest
You can keep faking it
But know that isn’t the best
