The Sun, From Moon
I beg your forgiveness, beau
Flood back to me, like a tsunami
The melodic patterns of my tears, or
is it cinder gushing from the eyes of me?
I drowned you in a sea of wounds, dearie
Then I did not think of the outcome I'm through
Now, fire freely flows from my eyes, I'm sorry
The shade of this pain has only one cure; it's you
Our roads might have been meant to part
So did all my mirth, after your absence
Still enamoured to you, love, wails my heart
Forgive me, for I really miss your essence
If I'm Winter, you're the warmth, dear
Take my hand again please, with your eyes' light
which would brighten my darkest fear
Without you, I'm like a blackless night
And to your night i become day
because of this stay far away
you hurt me so once or twice
breaking me down with tears and lies
Im sick of listening to your broken song
as you tell me we can go on
you cheating, lying, daughter of night
can go and take a peter pan flight
our roads divided long before you knew
I saw you drift away my moon
and not that your gone I can finally see
You drained my essence and watched me bleed
so as you I shall flood back
as a wave of fury, anger and regret
fighting my demons and slaying them with pride
go home little girl, its time for me to rise.
