And so I cried
I cried for yesterday
I cried for today
I even cried for tomorrow because who knows if I'll be able to cry then
I cried until all of my worries were submerged
And from my river of salty tears, my worries sprouted flowers
Before long, I was picking bouquets in my mind, meandering down a path lined with roses, and peonies, and tulips, and gardenias
Sometimes I sit in a lawn chair in my mind garden, thinking that this was the last place I would expect something beautiful to grow
