Motivation
Sometimes I feel
As if I am chasing my tail
Running in circles
No wind in my sail
There are days
When tying my laces
Feels like trying to lasso God
And pull on his many faces
The few paces
From my front door
To my bedroom
Make my knees go sore
I am a wasteland
And life is a tornado
Cracking open the ground
With its crushing blow
Now is the time
As the bell begins to toll
I fall to my knees
And the ground swallows me whole
