Gone, but always forgotten
1,2,3 I can barely breath
4,5,6 Impossible to fix
7,8,9 I’ve lost my M I N D
Frayed; my halo drops,
My wings pivot from heaven
Down, as their eyes did
As the rain washes it away
It is just a number
Another body
Nobody remembers…
To them, I am just a withered soul that was put out of its misery
All that comforts me at night is the darkness; the darkness being my only friend of course.
The darkness has always been something that I'm close with. It's the only thing that's seen me at my lowest.
It's held me with its cold grasp of loneliness giving me reassurance that, I am in fact alone.
Oh, please, Don't misinterpret my silence for a place of weakness because that isn't me.
I choose to be the way I am
I didn't ask for another to try to make me any different you see,
I could never let that be.
I know so many tried to make their way into
my heart of long ago,
But I could never let that happen to me
I once truly did fall in love
But soon after my young heart got broken,
Death came his way
death took my love from me
I will forever bleed.
What would occur if gravity failed me and I was lifted into the heavens?
Tears,
Words,
Stories,
Memories...
Gone.
1,2,3 I can barely breath
4,5,6 Impossible to fix
7,8,9 I’ve lost M I N D
