Japanese Wind MAG

By Anonymous

   We sent Japaneselanterns
Drifting lit over liquid mirror
The silence is prickling
Andyour kimono creases
In ruffles so lovely
You turn your head to me
Myglance has nothing to say
Your hair looks different
Brushed by the Japanesewind
Cherry blossoms are so perfect
Resting on your shoulders
Lanternsspread like red juice
Candles flicker, fading from sight
You ask me not toremember
It's difficult to blank
Again those eyes tasting mine
Hairsstray in Japanese winds
You have also taken leave
The sound of nofarewell
Echoes painfully through
The ancient Japanese wind.
