Food Rules by Michael Pollan
I recently read a book called Food Rules, by Michael Pollan, a journalist. It's basically a list of things to do and not to do when eating. I like it a lot, because it doesn't necessarily tell you that you should eat a bunch of carbs, or a ton of protein etc. Instead, he gives you tips on what is good, and what isn't so good. For instance, one of my many favorites is that if your cereal turns your milk a different color, it's probably pretty unhealthy. If you are searching for some ideas to help you get in better shape, this is where to go. I hope that you enjoy.
