The Body of Christopher Creed by Carol Plum-Ucci
The Body of Christopher Creed is an absolutely astounding book! The story shows you how damaging bullying really can be and how you should reach out to others no matter how different they appear. It also shows that you should not assume how someone’s life is, because half the time it’s not how it appears.
The story is about Torey Adams, a boy who has everything, reading the letter Christopher Creed left right before he disappeared from the town. Creed mentioned Torey in it, which really shakes up his life. He then goes into a downward plunge in order to try and find out what happened to Christopher and what made him leave. He runs into unusual help along the way, which really goes to show you that you can’t judge a book by its cover.
