Sushi Delux
Living in Scottsdale, Arizona it is hard finding a modern contemporary sushi quizine. Being the sushi fan I am, I was recommended to Pure. Pure is a fine dining sushi restaurant that has an immense menu. The moment I arrived, I felt an amazing ambiance. In addition to my surroundings, the staff properly greeted me. Being a host myself, I enjoyed seeing how they treated me as a customer. We had reservations in advance and were seated right away. The music was not too loud and I was able to hear my company. I enjoyed the modern style of the restaurant and the vibe it brought.
Quality of food in a restaurant is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant. The menu had anything you could think of relating to sushi. The menu was easy to read and the lighting to read the menu was superb. I ordered a Tootsie Maki roll. The roll contained crab mix, avocado, cucumber, seaweed, and sticky rice and was topped with tempura bits and a sweet eel sauce. My guests all ordered different rolls and stated the quality of the food was great. They do not only serve sushi. Pure also accommodates for those who do not prefer sushi. They provide dishes such as chicken teriyaki and salads. They use fresh ingredients and plate the food beautifully. If the food quality is great, the restaurant will most likely stay busy.
In addition, cleanliness is always important to me. I always hate walking into a messy bathroom at a restaurant. Pure was the exact opposite! I walked into a well-cleaned bathroom and felt at home. Overall, the restaurant was amazing and I would suggest you visit for yourself. You will not be disappointed visiting Pure off of Hayden and Thompson Peak Parkway.
