Lululemon
Lululemon provides very comfortable clothing with a price. Before I bought Lululemon I thought that their clothing was an outrageous price for one pair of leggings. Then the question pops up, is it worth the price? But now, I know that their clothing is not worth the price.
I’ve been a user of Lululemon for about a year. I have truly enjoyed my experience with their clothing until the clothes have reached about a year. The leggings that I currently own are the Align Pant 2 and they have pilled in multiple places and are unraveling at the seams. I paid $100 for them they shouldn’t be having problems! Lululemon advises you to only wash with cold water or other like clothing or hand washing them.
They also claim to have a “quality promise”.
They state, “Quality is the heart of who we are-- it shows up in our people, our conversations and our product. Product quality is the foundation we stand on and this foundation is comprised of three key areas: fabric, performance and craftsmanship. If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll take it back.”(Lululemon)
The quality promise is for damaged and used clothing but mostly leggings to be replaced for free to provide the best experience possible with their leggings and clothing. I tried to use this program once and when I did I was told that they don’t take in used leggings anymore. Therefore people shouldn’t spend $100 on a pair of leggings that aren’t going to last long and that are going to pill and unstitch.
Overall Lululemon is a great company with a few flaws. They ask for a lot of money for their clothing when they don’t last as long as they should. I love their products but it should be known that their leggings specifically don’t last forever and they don’t keep their quality promise.
