Change
The writing titled Change, written by Sophia Sagar, talks about her day searching for a homeless woman. Her writing left me feeling wondered and a little sad. I can't really relate to the story. There are homeless people around Defiance, but I have never really run into one or helped one. When the author said, "Hey Dad, I need a bottle of water. Please. And hurry," I felt happy because even after she gave her some money, she still wanted to help her. This article is written very well, she talked deeply about what had happened. After Sophia gave the woman change and found out she was fifteen, the homeless woman said, "You're 15! Oh my gosh if I would've known that I wouldn't have stopped you!" That was so kind of her and it shows that she really is a kind woman and just needs a little help. The only thing I am left confused by is I want to know what happened to the homeless woman.
