Dancing in The Moonlight
As I sat by the window thinking of them
I pressed my lips together
I want to say things I can't define; I'm so numb
I stare at the bloomy moon
and I think to myself
they're the moon and I'm the sun
my mind's breaking me but I'll be alright
things will change in the long run
I imagine them dancing in the moonlight
their skirt flowing well as they move their hips
I stare at them and they stare at me
their rosy cheeks and pink lips
I bite my lips till they bleed
what a beautiful sight

This was actually an English assignment- LOL Anyway's there's this song that I fell instantly ever since I heard it. This song inspired me to write this poem- sonnet.
