Surging Love
Her hazel eyes reflect the sprouting trees
in the midst of their beauty and their growth,
the warmth from her heart solidifies ease,
no life in her heart is able to loathe
though now in a faraway world of thought
where words drifted openly lacking fear,
sadly now her stare is blurred and distraught
the once seen serenity grows unclear
yet her voice still resonates, unleashed love
her touch still gentle, and presence in joy,
peace flows from her soul like heavenly doves
her most loving presence I still enjoy
though I feel melancholy at the sight
the endless sweetness within her delights.
