Your Past in Your Future
Memories are there in your brain to last.
Memories take you back to the good times.
Memories are things not just in the past.
Memories can not be bought with some dimes.
It’s good to take time to look at the past,
and let us not forget your good childhood.
First learning to ride a bike is a blast,
playing on the playground made out of wood.
When you first learned how to fish and to swim;
when you would go hang out at Grandma’s house.
We were outside until the light grew dim;
when you got scared because you seen a mouse.
Memories take you to the good old days,
and helps you remember the good life plays.
