Sonnet of a Hiker
The heart beats at a steady rhythm
And feet walk briskly one in front of the other
The mind is determined to complete this mission
The soul will become one with Mother
Nature. Through the mountains and trees
There will be a beauty usually unseen
But the hiker knows the secrets and leaves them be
In order to keep the luxurious beauty clean
Humanity's place of fear and magical beings
Where mysteries lie unsolved
And the mind is content in its own well-being
Along the journey one peacefully reminisces
To the sounds of nature and myths of witches
