Does your heart continue to wax and wane,
Like the dark; full moon at the doom of night.
Your heart left its irremovable stain,
But you look to yet a different light.

Your eyes are full of curiosity,
And your heart full of beautiful laughter,
Consume and hungrily envelop me.
But to you that hardly seems to matter.

Does your love for him equal that of mine.
Selfishly I desire all of you,
But you sway on the broken borderline,
Although you do know that my love is true.

To me you are the flowers to my vase,
My heart is full under your stunning gaze.

The author's comments:

This piece represents, as I call it, "a love line". A love line is when one person is in love with two people and they both love them. The narrator in this poem is a man and he is deeply in love with a woman who is in love with both him and another and she has yet to chose, making him anxious and possesive. The waxing is when her heart sways to one of them and the waning represents when she loves the other, that is why I call it "The Waxing and the Waning of the Moon".
