Dear, beautiful
Why do you run away from me?
We walked the same path once and shared dreams
You built a life that has everyone wanting to see.
Looking at me, my color fading into the streams.
She is standing there, the girl in the sun,
You make her feel, so confident and calm,
A perfect picture and pure fun.
Only you could put the world in her palm.
You created the word perfect,
An entity in the void,
My reflection beside you, a defect
Something he destroyed.
But if her face is character in whom a fool,
Then surely beauty is a beautiful a tool.
