Falling for Death is Fatal
her lips are painted a deep shade of red
the colour at the end of your nightmares
her very presence may fill you with dread
yet you will not ask for help in your prayers
try to resist her beckoning finger
no matter what promise you think it holds
even if she is denied she’ll linger
and you’ll be forced to watch her scheme unfold
when someone utters “‘til death do us part”
she can’t help but let out an amused laugh
the words she speaks can’t be taken to heart
so please be wary on your own behalf
the last thing you hear is Death’s sultry voice
glady stating that you made the wrong choice
