The Idiotic Cowards
There love was epic yet all the same,
they knew each other for only three day;
There love still lasts through their parents shame,
though their love does last, they did not see May;
Romeo and Juliet are cowards,
for instead of telling their parents they die;
Families though bitter, love overpowered,
their sighs are legendary yet they said good-bye;
There were many alternatives yet there they lie;
Friends and family died for them, yet are they grateful?
when her cousin died she wept for her husband,
when his best friend died he was hateful,
so when they loved, a mortician was summoned;
Though there love was instant and chaotic,
I still feel they were just a bit idiotic;
