A Need for Love
Nature was, and is, and will be too.
Love is nature to our gentle, human eyes.
Keep your dearest lovers closest to you,
Knowing hedonism tells so few lies,
Knowing love is lifeblood to living life.
People without it do not fare so well.
Though there is a cliché that it brings strife,
We all know without it becomes Hell.
Truly needing another breads true lovers.
In groves of green or soft flower-bed,
Free in open air or nestled covers,
We were born to adore radiant red.
You may amass all the wealth of a king,
But till you find love, no joy will it bring.
