Misery loves company

Why spend days in my room in loneliness?
People wonder why I'm miserable
They cannot seem to understand the mess
I can't clean up, I'm just not capable
Sometimes too dark to even see my thoughts
The sensation always overwhelms me
Understanding when I connect the dots
Don't they understand I want to be free?
Lonely, it can't just let me prevail
It doesn't know what it feels like to lose hope
It needs to let me go so I never fail
All there is to do with lonely is cope
As long as I'm willing people will aid
No aid, all that will happen is I fade
