To Samantha
To Samantha
Words cannot justify my love for you.
You gave me a purpose when we met.
For thee, there is nothing I cannot do
Our memories are hard to forget.
What happened to you, Samantha? My dear;
You used to be so cheerful and so sweet.
Except now, you’re so cold you disappeared.
You were my soul, and now I’m incomplete.
Summer is forthcoming, yet you’re so cold.
Wherefore is that our love has to be doomed.
Your affection has tarnished; it wasn’t gold.
I can’t salvage myself from these deep wounds.
You gave me a game that was so perplexed.
We’ll meet again in this life or the next.
