Another One
The loudspeaker comes on, another car,
Some idiot parked in the loading zone,
How do we know they’re here, not at the bar,
Please go retrieve your car, I hear them groan.
This time, it’s a white toyota parked here,
You should only stop to pick up your child,
No one even cares, they won’t shed a tear,
Why would they, for a crime that is so mild?
I know they should leave, but does it matter?
No one ever cares, except the office,
But there is no danger, no glass shattered,
Until it is moved, nothing will suffice,
The toyota corolla will remain,
Which to some, will seem very inhumane.
