Can I just be erased?
The universe is out to get me
waiting for me to die like the rest of humanity
unimaginable hate
I feel it right to my bones
different kinds of death in different kinds of zones
Then the night flings my life into the mouths of time
my hope drys up like vapor
there's no reason to laugh
no reason to love
Pride glows with triumph
I'm already smashed down
just wipe me up
