Blame you
ticking on the clocks so loud
wonder if theres another sound
waiting to come out
life is getting too sweet
holding me too deep
so i cant breathe
somehow you come around
you come to, drag me down
the glass is ripping into pieces
the shards are worth keeping
as a memory of you
a worthless you
people tell me love is ever lasting
you wont be left behind
theres holes in this
relationship thats not fixed
listen to what i say
when i say its not okay
or ill yell and shout
im going out
and blame you
for this mess you made
I waited outside your doorstep
called your phone, but it went straight to messages
then i saw you kissing another girl
got a rock and broke your window
now i know to take a step dont take a leap
wonder bout what life could be
everlasting memories
but this one, i will leave
people tell me love is ever lasting
you wont be left behind
theres holes in this
relationship thats not fixed
listen to what i say
when i say its not okay
or ill yell and shout
im going out
and blame you
for this mess you made
