Didn't Realize Motion
Seeing the waves crash by,
I didn’t seem to realize
That everything moved
All the time
Every whisper, every wind
We moved out, out and in
But we didn’t realize
That we were already leaving
No person had a chance
To see the view before it pasted
No one realized
That we were cruising
We weren’t on a ship, but we were on a bus
That kept going bumpity- bump
But it never realized
That it was turning
This is how it seemed, day by day
But I had fun and I had a say
In what I just realized
Which was motion
