Lies about Leaving
You wear a fake smile. I knew it when you said," Let's sit for a while." Then I see through your lies when I looked in those teary eyes.
The love I was receiving turned into lies about leaving. Who was sure if you were pretending? Why don't you just say, you're leaving me today?
This sweet emptiness, you were there when I needed you. Now is this what it comes to? what am I suppose to think, when you say your heart's about to sink?
It hurts to hear you say, you might be leaving me today. It's happened so many times before but this time the pain's unbearable.
You are everything to me and without you, I don't know where I'd be. Please, tell me what to do.
